Privacy Policy

What we collect

Scan contact details: running a free scan requires a name and email. Stored together with the scanned domain and used to attribute scans, to email you a link to your report, and to send one note when monitoring launches. Nothing else.

Scan reports: completed scan reports (measurements of the scanned website, not personal data) are archived to power score history and monitoring.

Purchases: for Live Agent Test orders, payment is processed entirely by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; we never see your card details. We store the order reference, your checkout email, and the domain you asked us to test, so we can deliver your report.

Call requests: the Full Workflow Test form stores the details you submit (name, email, company, website, goals) so we can reply with time slots.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and the D1 database) serving agentcapable.dev. Payment data lives with Paddle under Paddle's privacy policy.

Analytics, session replay, and cookies

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site: page views, clicks, scrolls, and replays of browsing sessions. It runs in cookieless mode. No analytics cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device, so every visit is anonymous and no consent banner is required. Anything you type into a form is masked in recordings and never captured. Analytics data is processed by PostHog Inc. in the United States under PostHog's privacy policy. The only cookie the site itself sets is a functional preview cookie used for internal access.

Your rights

Email support@agentcapable.dev to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted; we honor deletion requests for contact details and call requests. We answer within a few business days.
