Refund Policy
This policy covers the Live Agent Test (US$99, one-time). The free scanner has nothing to refund, and custom Full Workflow Test engagements carry their own written agreement.
Delivery guarantee
Your test report is delivered to your checkout email within 24 hours of purchase. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, or we cannot produce a valid report for your site, you are entitled to a full refund: email support@agentcapable.dev with your order reference and we will process it promptly. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.
After delivery
Because each report is generated specifically for your domain by running real compute against it, and the full report is delivered digitally, all sales are final once the report has been delivered. If something in your report looks wrong, contact us; where a measurement error on our side is confirmed, we re-run the test at no charge.
