1. What we sell

AgentCapable is a software platform that measures how websites treat AI agents. It offers:

Free scanner: a no-charge readiness scan of a public website, delivered as an on-screen report. Running a scan requires contact details (name and email).

Live Agent Test (US$99, one-time purchase): a report generated by our testing platform running real AI agents (multiple agent harnesses across multiple frontier models) against the domain you specify at checkout. The report is delivered as a digital document to your checkout email address within 24 hours of purchase. The report names exactly which models and harnesses ran.

Full Workflow Test (custom scope and pricing): a larger, custom-scoped run of the same testing platform against your product's workflows. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any engagement; nothing is charged on this site for it.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process for the Live Agent Test is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on this site: Paddle provides customer-service inquiries for orders and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paddle's terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

3. Delivery and refunds

The Live Agent Test report is delivered to your checkout email within 24 hours of purchase. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours you are entitled to a full refund. Our complete policy is at /refunds.

4. Scanning and test targets

You may only request a scan or purchase a test of a domain you own, operate, or are authorized to test. Paid tests observe and record how AI agents experience the target site; our agents never bypass authentication they are not given, never solve or evade CAPTCHAs, and never complete real purchases. Site owners can exclude their domain from scanning at any time via support@agentcapable.dev.

5. The measurements

Reports state what our instruments observed at scan time from our measurement networks. They are evidence, not guarantees: a site's behavior can differ by network, region, or time, and a report never asserts more than it measured. Reports are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the scanner or paid tests to harass site owners, to overload third-party sites (our rate limits are part of the service), or to misrepresent our findings. We may refuse or refund any order at our discretion.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@agentcapable.dev.
